How to
Make a booking
You can now make a booking online in our online system and pay for it all in one step. This system helps make our venue more accessible than ever for our community.
Dates available for booking will be shown to you once you specify the requirements of your booking.
Once the online booking is complete our team will be in touch with you to sort final details and requirements.
Step 1 – Click on the Make A Booking Online
Step 2 – Select your dates and type of booking
Step 3 – Enter your verification code from the email you are sent
Step 4 – Proceed to Cart and pay for your booking. You can add your Bond and Security at this stage if desired.

If you have an invoice from our staff you can pay for a booking by using this online portal.
You MUST input the number on our invoice so we can see it is paid or your booking will not be confirmed.
All bookings made via our staff (not online) attract a $40 processing fee.

You may, by agreement self-cater at the centre. All food waste is to be removed at the end of the booking and the centre cleaned after your booking.
alcohol sale and supply
You may self-supply alcohol in the Sports Centre. It is illegal to sell alcohol in the centre, however it may be served responsibly by you. Security must be onsite at all times when alcohol is available and may end your event if intoxication is occurring. Any hirer found selling or forming any type of exchange for alcohol will have their event immediately cancelled and police will be called, along with immediate loss of bond.
cleaning and rubbish
At the conclusion of your event you are expected to leave the centre clean and ready for the next user. All rubbish is to be taken with you at the end of your booking. Failure to do this will result in forfeiture of your bond.

At the Manurewa Sports Centre, our pricing structure is carefully designed to balance affordability and accessibility for both community and commercial users. Our diverse pricing frameworks are established with a dual focus: ensuring that the revenue generated supports the Centre’s operations and objectives, while also maintaining the facility’s openness and accessibility to the community. This approach allows us to cater to a broad spectrum of events and activities, from community-driven initiatives to commercial ventures, ensuring that the Centre remains a versatile and inclusive space for all.
Booking party is a community group for community benefit and does not charge attendees per session (eg youth group, cultural group, networking group).
Booking party takes fees from attendees, open participation (eg yoga class, children’s dance class).
Non-commercial, closed to the public (e.g birthday party, dance practice).
Booking party is a business, closed to the public.
Booking party does not charge attendees (eg a discussion, support or craft group). All-comers welcomed, 2-hour time limit applies, not available on Fridays and Saturdays.
